Net Zero Case Study: Alfa Sustainable Projects, Ltd.

Alfa Sustainable Projects Ltd., Israel’s leading sustainable design and engineering firm, achieved GNFZ’s net zero certification for its own office, Alfa Campus, in 2024. This was the second project in the world and the first in Israel to achieve GNFZ certification.

Click through this presentation for an in-depth look at the project’s net zero certification process.

In this presentation, you’ll learn about Alfa’s initial emissions assessment and documentation, their three-part action plan in eliminating Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, and their path forward upon achieving net zero certification. Alfa Campus achieved this milestone through various sustainable materials and building operations practices including:

  • Solar panels

  • Low-carbon materials

  • Electrification of owned vehicles

  • Smart waste and water management
