Vice President of Client Success Manisha Yadav brings more than twenty five years of global experience enabling business transformation and optimization. She has led diverse teams and managed business relationships across a variety of industries in for-profit, not-for-profit, NGO, and government business sectors. Her business experience spans technology and environmental sustainability verticals with an emphasis on strategic planning, sector-based thought leadership, product innovation, project management and content creation. A big-picture thinker, Manisha thrives on anticipating the unexpected and employs design thinking to help organizations think through complex issues, thereby helping them better navigate challenges to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and satisfy their internal and stakeholder relations.

Leveraging her professional experience, Manisha has been advising business and governmental leaders on crafting effective net zero and ESG plans. She supports GNFZ’s clients in planning and implementing their decarbonization journeys, advising them on their sector-specific and region-specific risks and opportunities landscape. She takes a client-centered approach for each entity she advises by mapping their vision, mission, strategy, and core values to customer-centric decarbonization and ESG goals.

Prior to joining GNFZ, Manisha spent twelve years at Promantus Inc., a leading global technology company responsible for developing the infrastructure for sustainability organizations such as USGBC, WELL, GNFZ, and more. She served as their ESG lead, where she developed ESG strategies for various clients. Before that, Manisha spent a decade at the U.S. Green Building Council where she led global networks for sustainability education that supported go-to-market efforts for their LEED green building program. Her work included strategic planning, portfolio management, reporting and monitoring work streams, client management, as well as creating resources, materials and products to successfully implement USGBC's vision. She also supported the product development cycle from conception to development for leading sustainability certifications and credentials including the WELL Standard, the TRUE zero waste program, SITES, PEER, etc. Preceding that, she spent nearly 10 years supporting the technology divisions at Emergys Corp with multiple SAP implementations.

Manisha holds a bachelor’s degree from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune. Additionally, Manisha has a certificate from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business where she attended their LEAD program.
