Meet the GNFZ Team at the AIA 2024 Conference

Don’t miss our team at the American Institute of Architects (AIA) 2024 Conference on Architecture and Design from June 5-8 in Washington DC. Stop by our booth #1003 during expo hours on Thursday, June 6th and Friday, June 7th to connect with our team and get your net zero questions answered! Learn how your organization can start an incremental and sustainable path to zero emissions by leveraging GNFZ’s net zero certification. Our team can share details on how any building can begin a path to emissions reductions by leveraging GNFZ’s net zero certification and share case study details of projects currently going through the process.

On Wednesday, June 5 at 3:30 pm, our Vice President of Client Success Manisha Yadav will speak on the panel, “Designing for Air Quality: Boosting Accessibility and Zero-Emissions Goals.” This session will explore the unique opportunities of the built environment to improve operations sustainability through air quality improvement, the first step in equitable design. Manisha will discuss unique air quality measures that GNFZ’s first fully certified project leveraged to achieve net zero.

Other speakers include Elizabeth Heider, LEED Fellow and Founder of Heider Sustainability Advisors and a GNFZ Advisor; Holly Samuelson, Associate Professor of Architecture at Harvard University; and Emma Van Lieshout, Energy and Sustainability Manager at the RMR Group. Panelists will explain how the public and private sectors can make improved air quality achievable for all buildings, and how builders and building owners can get started.
